I'm Sophie. UK-based scaling strategist and Meta ads specialist.
Eight years, 500+ clients, an unreasonable amount of tea, and a nose that has been broken exactly once in the name of figuring this out.
Made redundant on maternity leave in 2017, which I don't recommend as a business origin story but here we are. Before that, nine years at British Airways managing 350 people, including celebrity and royal movements — a much better story than it is transferable experience.
